Whether you are experienced yogi or some one who just likes trap music, there is a space a trap yoga baes trap house for you. All levels are welome!

NO! Trap yoga is a fusion of trap music and yoga, which means you will be doing yoga to trap music. Yoga Bae enourages expressing your self threw movement, however you see fit and twerking is welcome!
