MEET TRAP YOGA BAE™

Britteny aka Yoga Bae is a passionate certified Vinyasa Yoga instructor, twerk aficionado, and serial entrepreneur. She created her yoga persona Trap Yoga Bae™ and the subsequent class and event series, as an answer to feeling unwelcome in standard yoga studios and classes. 

Britteny has toured the country to bring safe and inclusive spaces to people of color and those who lack acceptance in wellness spaces. Through her signature #RatchetAffirmations  (inner work prompts that are equal parts pep talk and real talk), motivational cadence, and energizing classes; she has carved out the space she sought out when she began her journey, with no plans of stopping anytime soon!
